Recently many Firefox users became annoyed by a long time that browser takes at launch. Especially after the release of version 3.5. I’ve even noticed through my site’s stats that the number of Firefox users declined significantly in comparison with previous years. All this is caused by the grown number of elements that browser loads every time at launch. However there is a simple solution that still may prevent you from switching to another browser.
There is a small application called Firefox Preloader that launches when windows starts up and sits in your system tray. It keeps certain elements of Firefox always preloaded, so that the browser takes an amazingly shorter time to open when you launch it. You may easily download and install it from a following link: http://firefox-preloader.en.softonic.com/ The only point you might be already complaining about is having yet another icon on your already crowded system tray. However you may easily set it to be hidden through your panel's settings. Just right click on task panel, go to Properties. In the opened window go to Taskbar tab and click Customize in the bottom. Find Firefox Preloader’s icon and set it to “Always hide” mode. That’s it, now you may fully enjoy your Firefox working at appropriate speed.
